Kathryn Parsley recently joined the research group as a PhD student in the biology graduate program. She will be working on existing projects as well as developing and conducting her own research project. Her current research interests include developing instruments to measure plant blindness and botanical literacy in undergraduate biology students, and creating interventions for biology classes to help decrease plant blindness and increase botanical literacy.
